On March 21st, 2024, at our Platform Fundamentals Academy, we explored the latest in the ServiceNow® Automated Test Framework, introduced in the "What's New in Washington" update. This session covered how the framework supports automated testing to ensure system integrity post upgrade or during development and configuration deployments. We also discussed analyzing failed tests to identify and rectify the root causes of failures. This academy offered key insights into leveraging automated testing for maintaining system reliability in the ServiceNow® ecosystem.
