Allan has a conversation with Boaz Hecht of SkyGiraffe about building next generation enterprise mobile applications, keeping up in the fast-paced world of mobile innovation, and what to expect from ServiceNow mobile applications in the future.
With SkyGiraffe, ServiceNow packaged apps, including IT Service Management, will be delivered in a native mobile format. Customers will also be able to deliver consumer-like mobile experiences for any application built on the Now Platform. Because the mobile experience will be native, ServiceNow will also support offline applications.
