2020 LDAP channel binding and LDAP signing requirement for Windows

Does ldap (non ldaps) integration using the Mid server work with ldap signing and channel binding? I'm asking because this will be mandatory soon and I couldn't find anywhere in the docs that it addressed it explicitly.

We put in a Hi ticket and received a reply. 1st Microsoft has pushed out the update until March, so we have more time. 2nd, ServiceNow will be publishing a KB within the next few weeks on how to setup ldap with or without a mid server to be compliant with this change once it's in effect.
