A way to create a custom 'A record' in ServiceNow instance.

My customer plans to go live the ServiceNow instance with a custom URL.
Additionally, the customer would like to place an 'NS record' on their DNS server to delegate name resolution to ServiceNow's DNS.
For this, it needs an 'A record' which define the custom URL in the delegated ServiceNow instance, is there a way to create such a custom 'A record' in the ServiceNow instance?

Hi, my understanding is that the ServiceNow solution uses only CNAME redirect.
