Active chat window disappears quickly from the agent workspace

Hi,
When I am accepting the chat from inbox in agent workspace, the active chat window for workspace agent disappears quickly.
It is visible for 1-2 sec only.
Can anyone help me how to make it visible in the workspace.

Hi
Please check if agent has below three roles in his profile. I believe agent doesn't have access to interaction table due to which screen is disappearing.
