Active chat window disappears quickly from the agent workspace

Hi,

When I am accepting the chat from inbox in agent workspace, the active chat window for workspace agent disappears quickly.

It is visible for 1-2 sec only.

Can anyone help me how to make it visible in the workspace.

This worked for me. The agent did not have interaction_agent role, so the active chat window would close quickly. Thanks Sandeep

Make sure the agent and the end user is not the same person. Use a incognito browser tab to impersonate a different person. 

Or 

Validate the interaction table field "Type" has not be changed.

It helped me to open ServiceNow chat in a different browser and not being logged in
