Add assignment group to Servicenow Catalog Wizard

Hello. I've been able to add a step, assignment group, to Service Catalog Wizard so that administrator can create template with this new field from there. The goal is to let the case manager to create a form from template, and choose which group this from should belong to by select group option from assignment group field. Hovever after the form is being created and the end user submitted the form, the chosen group on assignment group field is not being saved. Do you guys know why? I would appreciated for any help. Thanks.

can you try editing the reference qualifier condition; to be more specific to the requirement

I added Type contain Campus and tested. But its still empty on assignment group field after choosing a group.
