Can the $vtb.do page be modified to add hyperlink so customers can easily get back to our service portal home page. For fulfillers who access via fulfiller view no big issues. I added a menu item within the "SP Config Menu" at the top within service portal. This is a URL type menu item pointing to HREF/URL "$vtb.do". When my customers get to that page no easy way to get to service portal unless they use browswer back buttons. I hope I am not overlooking something simple.

I don't know of any way to modify Visual Task Boards in this way. Unfortunately, it isn't flexible to this kind of customization.
timpaulman any ideas?
My best suggestion is to add the VTB onto a Service Portal page in an iframe. That way you can add links to other pages.

I don't have any good suggestions beyond Tyler's recommendation. That's probably your best bet.

Tyler; Worked great! One thing for anyone else out that does this. After you build your widget with the iframe for $vtb.do. You will be inserting that into a container. Go into the container and set the width to "Fluid". This will ensure the visual task board doesn't shrink down by default it appears width is set to "Fixed" for containers.
