Hello SNow community,
i found this to add menu items in normal portals user dropdown menu:
https://fruitionpartners.eu/blog/2017/03/15/add-new-menu-item-servicenows-header-profile-dropdown/
but this does not work for Service Portal. Any suggestions / ideas to get this also working in Service Portal?

Hi Vespertinus,
In service portal it is defined under theme.
open the theme called stock. There you can see stock header.
open the stock header and click on clone widget.
After clonning only you can edit it.
this the clone widget.
as highlighted you can add your new dropdown there. And you have to select your header as copy of stock header or whatever name you have given.
you can see in above screen shot new dropdown is added.
Thanks,
Abhishek

Hi,
Is there a way to make this more dynamic as instead of adding menu items by editing the HTML template we can make edit to menu via module. Thanks
