Please help me translate the options of the Reference Field via System Localization > Translated Names / Fields.

Hi everyone good day!
Can someone please help me translate the options of the reference field? The data of the reference field comes from a newly created table. (Please check each screenshot below):
As you can see in the portal, the field that I'm trying to translate is a TRF which means, this should be translated via System Localization > Translated Names / Fields.
The field is a reference to a newly created table. I tried translating them, but it's not working.
This is via System Localization > Translated Names / Fields.
Can someone please help me translate them? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
for the newly created table make the Questions field as Translated Text type instead of normal string and no need for any record into Translated Name / Field table

Hi,
open the dictionary for Questions field and change the type from String to Translated text
Clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again
https://instanceName.service-now.com/cache.do

Hi
I'm done changing the String to Translated Text
but then when I went back to portal and switch to Spanish the choices are gone. But if I revert it to English, it will re-appear.
