Hi All,
I have a requirement to add below steps in Emergency Change:
1. When User submit the Emergency Change it will first go to Peer approval and state change to access
2. After peer approval state change to Authorize and it will ask for two approval group.(CAB and eCAB).
1st step is working correctly but in step 2 eCAB approval is not populating in Approvers.
I have created Change Approval Policy but both approver should populate when state is authorize.
I thought to add approver in flow but that is readonly.
Please help here.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi @Samiksha2 ,
You do not need to make any changes to Flow unless there is a absolute need. In case even of this is required, you would need to deactivate the OOTB flow, clone the OOTB flow and then update your flow as required.

Shloke

Hi @Samiksha2
1. When User submit the Emergency Change it will first go to Peer approval and state change to access
Atul: This is not a good practice and not as per ITIL. Emergency change never should go for Assess state.
2. After peer approval state change to Authorize and it will ask for two approval group.(CAB and eCAB).
Atul: Are you using model or normal way to raise change. If model then need to update Approval Policy
Do you want sequential or parallel approval? Please share some screenshot.
