Hi All,
I have a requirement to add below steps in Emergency Change:
1. When User submit the Emergency Change it will first go to Peer approval and state change to access
2. After peer approval state change to Authorize and it will ask for two approval group.(CAB and eCAB).
1st step is working correctly but in step 2 eCAB approval is not populating in Approvers.
I have created Change Approval Policy but both approver should populate when state is authorize.
I thought to add approver in flow but that is readonly.
Please help here.
Thanks,
Sam

@Dr Atul G- LNG nope.
Why ServiceNow make some record readonly.😖
I have tried to create new Approval definition and added different group. It is working but eCAB approval is not populating may be because it is using in Normal Change Policy.
I dont know😑.

@Samiksha2 - After you create new Decision and define Answer (which will contain the response to whom the approvers should be routed to) you need to update the "change approval policy builder".
Open the "Decision table" > then > "Change Approval Policy"
Under the change approval policy you can copy the one you want to have additional approval. In your case "Authorize" and then update the change approval definition you created. To do that you have to scroll to the right...

I have done a similar implementation and it did works for me with no issue. Please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action so that it benefits both the community and me.
