Adding thums up symbol in Survey notification email

After Closing the incident, our Clients want to get Survey notifications with Thumps up for all ok and thumps down for not satisfactory.

Can we add Thumps up / down in Survey notifications?

What version of Service Now are you running?

We are using Istanbul Patch 4 version

Go to Survey Designer and create a new survey.

Drag the 'Image Scale' control to the right hand Window

Hit the hear icon which will be shown about here (in red):-

You will get a properties Windows, scroll down till you see the available choices and delete any you don't need and customise the remaining as below:-

Click the right arrow and upload the image you want then modify the image question text to suit you, then repeat for any others.
