We support a financial institution and our instance is hosted in San Jose and Miami, but I am being asked by the financial institution to provide the data center address.

Where are the data centers in Miami and San Jose? What are the street addresses?

Hi Michael,

As far as I know ServiceNow runs their Services in Equinix Datacenters.

On the Eguinix Page you can find detailed street adresses of the datacenters in that Region.

If you need more specific information I would recommend you to contact ServiceNow directly on the Hi Service Portal.
