Agent Workspace Activity Stream shows Created By UserID in place of User Name

Open an Incident in Agent Workspace.

For some of the Incident, we see User Id of the user who created that work note or additional comments in place of User Name.

Found this KB but did not help in my case-

PRB1648393 and they said related to Tokyo Patch 7.

I opened a HI ticket later and came to know that there is a Problem ticket open in Tokyo patch 7. Also, the issue is not reported in latest patch.

now we are living with this issue, unfortunately 😞

Hi guys

 

Is this issue solved as we just upgraded to Utah and facing the same issue (although it's not consistent).

 

Also, I can't find the problem: PRB1648393.
