Agent Workspace Activity Stream shows Created By UserID in place of User Name

Open an Incident in Agent Workspace.

For some of the Incident, we see User Id of the user who created that work note or additional comments in place of User Name.

Found this KB but did not help in my case-

We moved to Utah Patch 2 and this issue is resolved in it.

Maybe you push ServiceNow to backport the fix if you are not going to upgrade in near future.

Snow support informed me that the fix is also available in Tokyo Patch 9 (but not yet available)

So somebody made a mistake for Vancouver, because this issue is still present in this version as of January 2024 (Vancouver Patch 4 Hotfix 1)

It's not a showstopper, but it is annoying.

We may need to raise a HI ticket to report the bug.

My client is in Washington DC patch 9a and sees issue similar to what's been described here. For example, on a single edit, a user modified both Assigned to and Assignment group. On the platform side, the activity stream displays both changes. On the workspace side, it only shows the change to Assigned to.
