AI Search Results Action Configuration not functioning correctly (at all)

Has anyone gotten the AI Search Results Actions working correctly with a knowledge search? I've tried using OOTB and tried a variety of actions (navigation, ec_navigation, view_article) along with multiple pages (kb_article, kb_article_view), different payload query parameters (sys_id, number, etc) -- all to no avail. I keep getting a "Record not found" when clicking on a result card from AI Search results list.

 

For other search sources (service catalog, topics, web applications), I'm taken to the platform view of the record. 

 

I saw a prior post (https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-forum/search-result-action-for-evam-going-to-form-...) but unfortunately feel like I'm going in circles with the AI Search Result Action configuration.

did you manage to solve this issue? I just ran into the very same problem, and I could use some help if you have found a way.

@OGeza - we were told that it's referenced in PRB1626781 and resolved in Tokyo Patch 7. We upgraded recently but haven't had a chance to test. This KB article has a few more details: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1227397
