AI Search- Set to false indexed_attachments under KB

I Set to false all of the advanced configuration under Indexed Source- Knowledge Table however attachments are still appearing in Service Portal results and view record redirects to the record producer which the attachment belongs to. Can someone assist to disable this in ai search results?

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot control attachment there on Record producer forms, We can control this in KB table but not with Record producer table. I see there is no attribute using which we can control this.

Hi Francis, 

You need to reindex for this change to take affect. The attachments should no longer appear in AI Search results after that.

Will that work for Record producer attachments ? are you sure ? I see we can disable for KB article but not for record producer attachment , can you please confirm

Yes, you need to set 'index_attachments' to 'false' for that indexed source if you don't want attachments considered for it.
