AI Search system properties shows 'requested resource not found'

When I navigate to System Properties>AI Search, I receive a message 'requested resource not found'.

Is there something that needs installed in order for the system properties to display?

Hi Nancy, 

This *looks* like it could be a permissions issue. If you are still stuck on this could you check that you have the proper permissions: Assign AIS Admin Role

Otherwise, I would open a case.

Our ai search install did not complete successfully and that caused the issue.  I created a hi ticket and they repaired the install.
