We are trying to create a custom AI skill that can take input from order records and searh available KA to return a response.
we have created required test KA and defined Retriever as a Tool for this custom skill so it can perform RAG on the KA to return grounded response. Used search profile-based tool with OOTB search profile - Search sources as shown below -
I am still getting empty response from this tool
can someone explain what going wrong here?
Also, what does the 'search query' define in the tool is used during run time?
