I am using Madrid and have a request for adding a Visual Task Board to display high level information from the Agile module.
Is this possible? I haven't gotten to far in my research and what I've found is 2-years old and says that this is not possible. But since it has been 2 years I need to ask the question again to see what is achievable for this type of request.
Thank you, DM

Hi
It appears that you may be able to do this by using an Iframe in a Service Portal widget.
Take a look at this related post:
Besides something like that, I don't believe that it is possible.
Hope that helps!
If it did, please mark as Helpful and consider setting this as the Correct Answer to the question, thanks!

Thank you Noah.
I will take this back to the team and look into this option.

Do you have a hard requirement to show it within the portal frame itself?
You could always put in a link on the portal with a target of /$vtb.do to take them to the default view.
You'd have to modify things a bit to get a link that opens in another tab (the default widgets for links take over the current tab) but it seems to work.
If this was helpful or correct, please be kind and click appropriately!

I am still working with the stakeholder but having a hard time in having them tell me the "what" "who" and "why" for what problem are we trying to solve, for who (what are they roles/job functions) and why does this need to be delivered via the service portal.
Some of the "asks" are for things that aren't best practices OOTB and they were asking to have system functionality duplicated no the portal instead of using the system directly. Example, used a record producer to create a record (but not all of the system rq'd fields; then go to the platform and finish entering the required info by the same user. I stood firm in asking why, what does this serve, and do you realize that as an end-user I won't want to use your system b/c your requiring me to do extra steps and slowing me down from completing my work? Also putting up a barrier making the end-users resistant to wanting us to help them with future enhancements.
