We are preparing to implement Application Portfolio Management (APM), and a licensing question has come up. We know that there are 3 roles associated with APM: Admin (sn_apm.apm_admin), Analyst (sn_apm.apm_analyst), and User (sn_apm.apm_user). We are also aware that Admin and Analyst require a license, but what about the User role?
We've posed this question to our CSR, but have not received a reply yet.

This one is very old. The ITBM licensing structure has changed. As per new licensing structure you have a role APM user. it applies to any one who is either an analyst, APM admin or user.
APM User
Application Portfolio Management - APM user is any user with the right to access Application Portfolio Management.

Both roles (Planner and Analyst) are a paid subscription.
