Need some suggestion for a requirement which is :
I have created a new catalog item and user wants if the catalog item is submitted
1) First it should go to Executive manager for approval in which all the fields filled by the requestor should be visible in a read only format and Below this information, some fields will be presented and needs to be filled by approver
Select box - business approval
Check box - Risk accepted
Reference - Approver name
Text field - Approval reason
Text field - rejection reason (if rejected )
2) If the request is approved or rejected by the executive manager it should go to approval for the program manager in which all the information filled by the requestor and information submitted by executive manager should be displayed in a read only format and Below this information, some fields will be presented to be filled by the approver
Select box - Program approval
Check box - Risk accepted
Reference - Approver name
Text field - Approval reason
Text field - rejection reason (if rejected )
Help me with the creation of this approval view in a catalog item form
