Approval notification values are EMPTY.

We encountered an issue where an approver received an approval notification with all values missing. I reviewed the event logs and the associated business rule, but everything appears to be functioning as expected.

The approval notification uses an email template, and this is the first time we've experienced such an issue, which is puzzling.

Please refer to the attached screenshots comparing the empty notification with a correctly populated one.

Not really sure what's going on in your instance.

I would recommend you to replicate the same operation in your instance and identify why it was failing.

Also, as these values are coming from the email template make sure to double check
