Attachment Validation on Employee Center

Hi All

We have a requirement to make attachments mandatory for specific catalog items. 

If there is no attachment, a message should appear when I click on submit.

And this is working on service portal on the backend but when it comes to employee center is not working.

 

For service portal we used this code for the configuration but I don't know if for employee center there is something different

Have you considered the out-of-the-box Mandatory attachment checkbox on Catalog Items?
