Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone here is aware of how many of the OOB agents are available? More precisely, the ones posted on the app library, are these all available yet?

The number of out-of-the-box (OOB) AI Agents available depends on your ServiceNow version, licensed products, and enabled plugins. As of the latest releases (Utah and Yokohama), ServiceNow has started publishing prebuilt AI Agents through the App Engine App Library, especially under the "AI Agent Templates" category.

Examples of available OOB AI Agents or templates include:

AI Agent for IT support

AI Agent for HR services (e.g., requesting PTO or address change)

AI Agent for Facilities (e.g., reporting broken equipment)

AI Agent for Knowledge Search and FAQ-style responses

To check what’s available in your environment:

Go to App Engine Studio > App Engine Management Center > App Library

Filter by "AI Agent Template"

You can also find them under Conversational Interfaces > Assistants

Some templates are only enabled if you have certain plugins (like Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or GenAI capabilities) activated.
