best ways to report real time on SLAs?

Hi all,

looking for ideas on how people have created clever ways to report on SLAs.   Ideally I'm looking to have a report on a dashboard that shows a breakdown of tasks that are closest to breaching their SLA. This way a manager can quickly review the report and know the volume of tasks that are within a defined window of breaching.   It would also be beneficial to include in the report the "Priority".

Has anyone created anything they'd like to share?   thanks!

I have trying resolution for one single issue on PA, I dint get any proper resolution, I think you would be hep me out with that.

I'm with Padmanabam... nothing will drive performance like Performance Analytics.  
I recently built something like this...

Score reports off the SLA and Incident tables respectively.   That little blue heartbeat monitor icon?   It shows that the score is being updated in real time.
Now you can build score reports and put them on homepages without PA.   But I believe you may need PA for the real time heratbeat monitor effect (correct me if I'm wrong padmanabamtirumala

This real time heart beat icon applies even with reports as well for score card visualization, there is an option to enable this . This can be configured once the report is added to the dashboard under settings. Following capture for reference. capture.png


But do you need PA for the realtime beacon?


I dont think its required Robert, this feature in reports module is there for Scorecard visualizations.
