best ways to report real time on SLAs?

Hi all,

looking for ideas on how people have created clever ways to report on SLAs.   Ideally I'm looking to have a report on a dashboard that shows a breakdown of tasks that are closest to breaching their SLA. This way a manager can quickly review the report and know the volume of tasks that are within a defined window of breaching.   It would also be beneficial to include in the report the "Priority".

Has anyone created anything they'd like to share?   thanks!

That's what I hoped.   In that case my advice to patricklatella is to go with *at least* a tactical homepage with some of hte reports I listed above, plus ensuring that they're flagged for real time.   It sounds like the prime directive is to get users knowledge of breached/breaching SLA's in the fastest time possible.   There's no better visualization fro that than a score.   "Keep this score as close to zero as you can" will act as a leading indicator for a more strategic "how are we doing over tiem" indicator down the road.
