Blank page after submitting request on Service Portal

We recently cloned Dev over QA.

On Service Portal, after clicking on Order Now and submitting the request, it is redirecting me to<instance>/sc_catalog.do page and it is a blank page.

In dev instance, I am not seeing any blank page and it is working fine.

Please help me how to resolve it.

If you open up one of the catalog items on the portal, and control-click on the form, you should get this menu to pop-open:

If you click on Instance Options, the form below opens. Is there a Custom URL or redirection set to a page or form that doesn't exist:

Does the URL redirect you to the DEV instance from QA?



Can you turn on instance debugging for your session?

Does this change get captured in our updateset ?

Probably no.
