Hi everyone,
I've been having problems uploading photos on knowledge articles. The images seem to be slightly blurry when uploaded.
Done the following:
- Upload the image's original size (whether the image is small or not, they still end up slightly blurry)
- Resize the images' width to 600 using paint (still blurry)
- Resized the images using photoshop (in the hopes of resizing without affecting the quality, no go)
- Screenshot the image on its good resolution (still blurry)
Any input will be helpful at this point as it's frustrating to get the articles rejected due to blurry quality.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I had some of the same issues when copy/pasting from Word or trying to resize them after they are in the text box. I now create all images in Paint. I resize using the percentage field rather than pixels, usually to 50%, but sometimes 60 - 75%. Then save as jpeg. I attach images and insert as Type Attachment (I don't know what Image Library does, so don't use it). I've learned to judge when something will be too big at 100% in Paint, and resize accordingly.
