I think I have broken reference and I have no idea how to fix it.

Hi, unfortunately the details in your post do not make your configuration clear.
Guessing at the issue, but based on your list grouping it may be possible that the relationships exist but are not visible?
Have you confirmed that the reference records are not hidden by ACL?
Have you checked xml of an impacted record to see if the sys_id of the related record is populated?
Perhaps you could update this thread with clear details of your configuration and diagnostics

@Tony Chatfield1 thanks for reply I checked the xml of one record. There is no sys_id of the related record its just the name. So something is wrong with the way how the field was populated. Thanks with the tipp of the xml
