Similar to how you can assign a single catalog item to multiple categories, can knowledge base articles be assigned to multiple categories?

Hi Chad,
Based on what I see from the record itself, there is only one category field. I don't see any Categories related list either, so I'm going with a "no" on this one. Sorry.

Hi
This is definitely on our roadmap. No timeline as of now.
Thanks

Is this "roadmap" anywhere we can see it to see other roadmap items like this?

Feedback received from another TC was around:
Why use categories? This is outdated anyway. Rather use tags.
Would you agree? Will tags replace Categories or how should we position these two concepts.

Tags start out as a personal thing. Your tags are yours unless you have tags_admin role which lets you share with a group or make global.
I just tried this by tagging one of the OOB articles and did a search - it didn't find it based on the tag. I don't think knowledge search searches tags. It would be nice if it did
