Set property run this workflow only if Order Guide is "Your Order Guide"


I don't see in 'workflow properties' this option.

1. Go to workflow editor.


2. Open your workflow.


3. Open workflow property.

my issue is that I do not have 'Order guide' column on sc_request table.


Is this out-of-the box column ?

If you using ServiceNow this is ( Order guide) is must a field in sc_request.


Please check it again.

I cannot see it, I also checked some other instances (+ demo instance) and it's neither there (I checked Calgary and Eureka versions).



I'm sorry but I can't give you an access. Otherwise, thank you for your help, but I need to find different approach how to solve it since this is not working for me.



Any other ideas ?
