Cannot add Clone Profile to excluded table "sys_update_set_source".

Hello All,

For some reason I am unable to assign a Clone Profile (System Profile) to a table that needs to be excluded during cloning - sys_update_set_source. The slushbucket is empty.

I have seen this article (https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0851927), but it doesn't really fit this situation as the the table in question is in global scope, and this seems to have been fixed in Quebec.

Any ideas why it's not possible to add the clone profile?

Thank you in advance.

Hi. This is strange, I tried to insert the relationship in the m2m table, but it still doesn't work.

As a workaround I would propose the following: Create new Clone profile. By default, this will inherit all the exclusions and preservers from the System Profile. Then you will be able to add the 'sys_update_set_source' table. Tried on my PDI - it is working.

BTW, feel free to go through my article on the topic. Like if the content is useful.
