cannot export all roles from sys_user_role table

Hi there,
I am trying to export the sys_user_role table. In the table there are 1194 records, however when I export I only get 1187 records (note that I am logged on with admin and have Elevated Roles) . There are obviously some rows that I cannot export due to security constraints but does anyone know how I can find out what these are?
This is for Audit so need an explanation!

sn_hr_core.admin was just an example. There are more plugins that have this way of working. Also it might have been applied on custom applications. We don't know your instance, so can't tell you that in detail. That's up to you.

If you are in a domain-separated instance:
1. open Settings and change to 'global' Domain
2. 'Expand Domain Scope' [PFA2]
3. Export in whichever preferred format and they all should export given it is an amount within your filetype-defined-default limit
