Look like some cache issue. Try cache.do

@joshmorris Column label is usually a single line text field but in your case it appears like a drop-down. Have you customised this field by any chance?

No I haven't touched it

Agree with @Sandeep Rajput.  

 

Go to a dictionary entry for the same and check, might be by mistake it has been modified.

Right click on column label and go to configure dictionary. Your setting should be like below.
