Capture rejection comments mandatory - wile rejecting from RITM approval related list

Hello,

We need to capture rejection comments for RITM/Change Request approvals. While we were able to enforce this on the approval table and in the Service Portal, we are facing challenges implementing it at the RITM level.

There is an out‑of‑box “Reject” UI Action available in the Approvals related list. When a user clicks Reject, we need a popup dialog to appear prompting the user to enter rejection comments. After the user submits the comments, the system should:

  1. Reject the approval, and
  2. Copy the rejection comments into both the RITM record and the associated approval record.
