Catalog Builder Dashboard-remove option on Dashboard

In Zurich, there's a new option on the catalog builder dashboard >> Build catalog items from scratch:

Any idea on how we can remove this option? We'd only like our community of users to use the 2 bottom choices.

Set this system property to false: glide.sc.builder.allow_create_from_scratch
