Catalog Item not accessible from service Portal after upgrade - London to New York

Hi All,

We have reciently upgraded our Dev environment from London to New York. Post the upgrade one of the Catalog Items are not accessible from the service portal but work fine under tht 'try it option.

On checing the Web Console - Browser UI Logs I fond the below error. I have tried to disable all the Client Scripts and UI Policy as well but the error still persists.

Scripts I believe craeting the issues are below

js_includes_sp_libs.jsx:12318

js_includes_sp.jsx

However not sure how to fix this. Please help.

Can you check if the category it belongs to is visible on Portal or not.

 

If not then please let me know.

 

As it might needs to be added.

Hi

Are you using "User Criteria" an that specific Catalog Item?

Try to remove them, to see, if the Item becomes visible, and rebuild the User Criteria afterwards again.

You might not see the item on the portal because you are using variable set which contains variables that has the same name as the variable set name.

Hi Sidkak,

If if does not appear when you do a search of item on Portal then possibly look for No Search field available on the Maintain item page for the item. Possibly that would be marked as true.

If it does not appear at all then you need to check for Catalog, Category is filled or not at the item level.
