Change just the Trigger from Create to Create and Update

I simple need to change the trigger from Create to Create and Update.  I'm using the same table and condition.  The table and condition is wiped, which I don't need to alter.  I then set the same table and condition then click Save.  Saving prompts that I have altered the trigger record.

Is there a workaround to just change this value in a table?

I did figure out that if you delete the trigger and recreated the trigger it will not prompt the error.  Appears to be a bug similar to when I change an action type instead of deleting the action and recreating it.

OK, the actual workaround is to open the Trigger, select a different type, then click the delete icon.  You should be prompted for delete but without the warning to delete related actions in your flow.
