Change the Font Family for Document Template Table of Contents

I am working on PDF Templates and am using the OOB Table of Contents function to create a Table of Contents for my Document. It works great the issue I'm having is trying to change the font-family it is using. Currently it is Time New Roman, and I would like it to be a san-serif font like Arial.

@BrainPanda - Were you able to identify a solution for overriding the default formatting for the TOC?
