Clear the chat history in the virtual agent chat window

How do i flush or clear the messages in the virtual agent chat window ? As of now it shows the complete history of the chat.
Also i need to limit the Knowledge article search to a specific knowledge base through the virtual agent designer, how do i achieve it?

As far as i know , service now is handling chat history clearance using URL parameter . Please find the link inline for the same.

There is no another way i came forward for clearing the messages in chat window.
