I have performed a clone from one environment to another and I want all the users to be copied - i unchecked 'Preserve users and related table' and the target environment does not have the users that were in the old environment.
Is there something else I need to do?

Hi,
There is also an exclude list....check to see if the user table is on that list.
System Clone > Exclude Tables

Yep, that's correct. Hmm...I'll have to look in to this a bit more and see what's going on.
I'm in the middle of an upgrade to New York and thus haven't done a clone down from Prod to sub-Prod on New York just yet. However, looking at all the settings and such, I'm not sure why your users didn't get replicated.
If there's an entry on the preserve tables record, then that merely preserves what's there and then just adds to.
If there's an entry on the exclude tables record, then that table is excluded from being brought from the source instance to the clone target instance.
Outside of that...I wouldn't imagine cloning has changed THAT much to make it not work correctly. I know you can schedule it now with like a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly type frequency, etc. but that's just a new feature on the side.
