Unable to sort field which is under type=list in list view

Hi ,

unable to sort a column which is type list collector , sort a to z , z to a are grey.

Hi 

Is it on the kb_knowledge? If yes then I see the roles field is a unique field of type "User Roles", which is a type of one-to-many relationship that gets built into a String. I can't sort on it either... I see there is a "sortable" attribute some fields have, and I do not think this field has that attribute. Also, you are not able to add it to the field. . I think it might be a system setting due to the datatype.

Also , if you see, i'm not able to sort the List type(Watch List) on incident as well.

Maybe field which store muliple values cannot be sorted.

Note: The following sorting rules apply to lists:

  • In a translated instance, only translated_text, translated_field, and translated_html type columns support sorting.
  • The column label should be created in English first then translated accordingly.
  • You cannot sort a list by an array-based field, such as a Glide list.

Kindly mark correct or helpful if it helps you to solve your problem
