I am working on service operation workspace, so this is the edit button on incident list view , when i select any record and click on this button this form appear, I want to change the alignment of fields ,I want requestor to come first and then number. can anybody help me on this?
The easiest way to modify the form is to first navigate to a record, then click on your profile and select 'Configure page' > 'Form Layout'
From there you can edit the form layout in the classic configuration screen. This technique can be used when viewing a record for any Configurable Workspace.
