Hi Community
I am trying to configure the list layout on ServiceNow, I am moving all the columns I want from the available section to the selected section and save the change. However; the list layout reverts back to the previous setting. I have noticed the below warning message (You have personalized this list with the list mechanic.
You will not see changes made here until your personal list is reset to column defaults.)
Please assist.
Thanks,
Kamva

Hi @Kamva ,
What is the current personalized list on the same table form while you are setting this default, do you have any view with the name "mechanic" which is the current form view.
-Thanks,

Hi @AshishKM,
I don't have the view "Mechanic", the view I am doing this change to is the "Default view". The current list is the one you see on the right on the above image. I am configuring this list for all users not personalizing it for me only. I hope this answers your questions.

Hi @Kamva
Try to reset the view and then try.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG,
I have tried the options you provided, but they not helping, unfortunately. The second link is to create a field on the table, I just want to refer to the existing field in a different table.
