Hello,
The knowledge article has been incorrectly connected into two categories. We would like to disconnect content from one of them. Would you share with me the instruction on how to do that? I couldn't find any solution in the product documentation.
Thank you in advance! I'd be grateful.

Hi @AnnaJu ,
You can Navigate to Content Taxonomy-> Connected Content
From the list view, select the record and from "Actions on selected rows" Select "Delete".
Select "Delete"
Then you can create a New one as per your requirement.

Hi @AnnaJu ,
If the Knowledge Article is in Published state, then you have only one option whihc is to retire the article and then make the below changes and publish it.
While the knowledge article is not published, then perform below:
As a knowledge contributor, when editing a knowledge article you can select categories using the Category picker, and add or edit categories if enabled for the knowledge base.
- Click the reference lookup icon beside the Category field.
- Un-Select/Remove the existing category, or click the add category icon (+) to add a new category.
After you select a category, you can click the pen icon to rename that category. Press the enter key or click outside the selected category to save the change.

Hi @Sandeep,
Thank you very much for your super prompt response.
The category in the knowledge form is correct. However, the article has been connected to two topics in the Content Taxonomy section (Content Taxonomy-> Connected Content). I would like to disconnect one topic. How can I do that?
Apologies for not using the right nomenclature in the first post. And thank you for your support! 🙂
