Hello together
Since Microsoft has stopped the classic access via POP3 and SMPT to a mailbox in October, we have with changeover to OAuth. We have configured everything according to documentation (e.g. Set up OAuth) and created a new IMAP and SMTP account. This was connected to the profile and the scopes were entered accordingly.
For both connections the token can be requested and is stored cleanly in the table oauth_credential.
Although everything was configured as described and we also checked everything on the Azure side, the connection tests failed.
During the SMTP connection test I get the following error message:
During the IMAP Connection Test the following message appears:
Has anyone already made this change and what else could be the reason that the connection is not established despite the correct token?
Thanks for all inputs
Greetings
Alex

Hi ServiceNow,
I'm getting the same error for SMTP, the email account has been assigned E3 license which can access Graph API. The tokens are also correct.
Could you please let me know if is there any other error we can have? the "message: failed to connect" make no sense.
Thanks,

Hi Nguyen
Did you defined the "OAuth Entity Scopes" in the "OAuth Profile" correctly?
Our configuration is now working fine and also check KB0820012 and modify the script include as described.
Hope this helps
Regards
Alex
