Contact Type Graph Report

Hey all,

Looking to try and create a Trend Graph for contact types (Phone, Web, Email and Self Service), sorted monthly for the last 12 months and that allows me to filter between agents.

I tried Trend by on Incident table 

but channel is not available in Trend by  

also assigned to dot walk is not available till Name/

and 

if I tried with Bar graphs then trend is not available

For this PA is best option
