Cookies management for the service portal

Hello dears, 

We would like to implement cookies management as part of GDPR regulations on our portal. I want to know if anyone has already done this development or if there is any existing OOTB functionality already ? 

You can see an exemple of what we want to do in the screenshot attached.

Hi,

there is something called portal announcement. You can leverage it for coockies consent.

GDPR requires giving several choices and storing them. it also requires that if you delete cookies from your browser or use a different browser, questions should pop up again. I'm not sure you can magae that properly from the annoucements
